What is Guest Checkout?
Guest Checkout is a service offered by 3nhSHOP that allows customers to shop without registering as a 3nhSHOP member.
To use Guest Checkout, simply add your desired items to your shopping bag and click Checkout. You will be asked to provide an email address for verification. You will also need to enter your payment details and shipping address to complete your order.
After placing your order, go to the 「Order Tracking」 page and enter your email address and order number to view your order details.
(Note: We strongly recommend customers to use a valid email address when placing orders; otherwise you may not receive order notifications and status updates.)

No. After registering as a 3nhSHOP member, prior orders completed via Guest Checkout cannot be retroactively credited for spending or YS Points.

No. Coupons cannot be applied by guest users. Please register as a 3nhSHOP member if you wish to use coupons during checkout.
Under 3nhSHOP return policy, refunds are issued as 3nhSHOP store credit. Can I use 3nhSHOP store credit for future purchases if I checked out as a guest?
3nhSHOP store credit is a refund method available exclusively for registered 3nhSHOP members. Store‑credit benefits include protection against exchange‑rate fluctuations (for purchases made in non‑USD currencies), and you may apply full or partial store‑credit amounts toward orders. 3nhSHOP store credit never expires and may be saved for future orders.

I registered for a 3nhSHOP account using the same email address I used for Guest Checkout. Why cannot I find those orders under Order Overview in My Account?
We apologize; orders placed via Guest Checkout will not appear inside your registered 3nhSHOP member account. Guest‑checkout orders can only be viewed via the dedicated order‑lookup interface.

After I register as a 3nhSHOP member, can I receive 3nhSHOP rewards and benefits for past or existing Guest Checkout orders?
3nhSHOP rewards and benefits are available only to registered 3nhSHOP members, so Guest‑Checkout orders do not qualify for rewards and perks. Even if you register later, previously‑placed guest orders will not be retroactively awarded rewards or benefits. Appeals for such rewards will not be accepted.
