What is PayPal?
PayPal is one of the world's largest online payment services and is widely used by buyers as a payment method for online shopping. With PayPal, buyers can securely send and receive online payments using credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts, even without creating a PayPal account. How do I pay for my 3nhSHOP order via PayPal?

You may pay via PayPal in two ways:

  1. Use a PayPal account to process bank transfers and credit or debit card payments.
  2. Use PayPal Checkout, which allows users to pay with their credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account.
Why does my order status show "Verifying" after completing the PayPal payment process?
There may be a delay in payment data transmission between PayPal and YesStyle, so your order status may still show "Verifying" after you finish the PayPal payment. We will process your order immediately once PayPal confirms the payment. Please note: verification processing may take from several minutes up to 24 hours.
How to make payment with PayPal?
You can pay with PayPal in two ways: Standard Checkout and PayPal Checkout.

Standard Checkout
  • After adding items to your shopping bag, click the "Checkout" button to proceed with payment;
  • Log in to your 3nhSHOP Member Centre;
  • Enter your email address and password on the "Log‑in Account" tab;
  • At the payment step during 3nhSHOP checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method. If another default payment method is set, click "Change" on the order review page, select PayPal, then click "Continue" to proceed.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Log into your PayPal account and click "Pay". If you do not wish to create a PayPal account, simply click "pay by credit/debit card" to complete payment without opening a PayPal account.
  • Click "Continue" to return to the 3nhSHOP website.
  • You will be taken back to the 3nhSHOP order review page, where PayPal will be shown as your selected payment method.
  • Click "Submit Order" to complete checkout. An order number will be displayed once submission succeeds.
PayPal Checkout
  • After adding items to your shopping bag, click the "PayPal Checkout" button;
  • You will be redirected to PayPal; please review your order summary;
  • Complete checkout and confirm payment on the PayPal website;
  • You will return to the 3nhSHOP checkout page;
  • Click "Submit Order", and your order number will appear.
What should I do if my computer / mobile device or Internet Service Provider (ISP) fails while I am paying on PayPal?

1. Failure occurs after you click "Pay"

Since you have clicked "Pay" within PayPal, the funds will still be transferred to 3nhSHOP. Please log back into your 3nhSHOP Member Centre and finish placing your order from your shopping bag.

If the items in your shopping bag remain unchanged, you do not need to log into PayPal again. Our system will guide you to finish checkout and display your order number.

If the total amount of items in your shopping bag differs from the original amount, you will need to place a new order and log into PayPal again to complete payment. (Please note: this will be a brand‑new PayPal transaction. Any excess payment will be refunded to your PayPal account on the next business day.)

2. Failure occurs during the return to the 3nhSHOP website

In this scenario, even though you clicked "Pay" in PayPal and funds were sent to 3nhSHOP, the order will not be activated. Any refund related to this transaction will be credited to your 3nhSHOP account as 3nhSHOP store credit on the next business day.

My PayPal account shows 3nhSHOP has received payment, why is my 3nhSHOP order status still "Processing"?
3nhSHOP may require further verification to ensure the PayPal transaction is valid. Please wait, additional processing time may be needed to safeguard your shopping security.
Why am I required to re‑confirm my PayPal account details including email address and shipping address?
For PayPal account holders, this step verifies you are the legitimate account owner and helps reduce risks of unauthorised use of your PayPal account.
Why am I asked whether I am a verified PayPal user?
For PayPal account holders, this reduces the risk of fraudulent use of your PayPal account and speeds up payment approval. Orders from verified PayPal users are processed faster and more securely.
Can I leave order‑related questions or requests within my PayPal payment details?
For security reasons, our customer service team cannot view messages left inside your PayPal payment details. If you have order modifications, special requests or questions, please contact our customer service team directly.
Can I pay with PayPal eCheck?
Customers may select either "Instant Payment" or "eCheck" via PayPal. If you pay by eCheck, your order will only be approved and processed after PayPal clears the funds. Please check the clearing date shown in your PayPal account. Orders paid by eCheck will be held for approval until funds are confirmed.
I have sent payment, why do I still receive an unpaid email notice warning my order will be cancelled?
If you paid by eCheck and funds have not yet cleared, there is no need to worry. We will process your order immediately once funds clear. For enquiries, please contact our customer service and include your PayPal transaction ID for reference in your email.
Can I pay in currencies other than US Dollars via PayPal?
Yes. All PayPal transactions will be credited in the currency you selected when submitting your order.
Will I receive a PayPal refund if part or all items in my order are cancelled due to stock‑out?
If part or all items are cancelled due to stock‑out, our system will automatically initiate a PayPal refund. Refunds will be arranged once in‑stock items have been shipped or once we confirm full‑order unavailability. You may also choose to receive your refund as 3nhSHOP store credit.
Who bears PayPal payment processing fees or refund fees?
3nhSHOP covers PayPal processing fees and refund fees for customer orders. However, PayPal may charge you for transferring funds from your individual bank account into your PayPal account. Please refer to the PayPal website for details.
What if I do not want my PayPal address used as my order shipping address?

PayPal policy does not allow users to change their address to a country or region different from the one registered at account creation.

When you place an order on shturl. using your PayPal account, your registered PayPal address will automatically be used as the shipping address for 3nhMALL. Therefore you cannot modify the shipping address during 3nhSHOP checkout. If you wish to change your shipping address, submit your request in the "Your Comments (Order Notes)" box during checkout. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service after placing your order.
